The room is fine. Probably renovated a few years ago but on a budget you can tell. The toilet in my room was not even properly locked down. However the staff is non existent. Not a service oriented group. Feels like they are doing YOU a favor. When you say I am a Hilton member when they deny you something they don’t care. They don’t even care when corporate office called and asked for a small favor. Also only a few staff people here and at night 1 person who cAnt leave the desk. Have a lovely stay !

This hotel was located in a convenient area of town, close to grocery stores and other attractions. The staff was very kind and the room set up was great! It was very clean, with a stocked kitchen, so we didn't need to buy or bring anything. We were very pleased. The complimentary breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is on a convenient location for my business trips but that's probably it. The last visit was not really pleasant - the room had wet carpet next to the bed, the shower faucet was half broken and there was a constant humming (AC?) throughout the night disturbing the sleep. When the actual room AC/heating turns on, it is like an airplane taking off. On the third night, I was woken by water dripping and to my surprise, it was coming from a ceiling light in the bathroom! Apparently, when someone splashes too much water in the room above you, it can get into a ceiling light. Also, the room was supposed to be cleaned on day 4 and I asked two times for the service but no one actually came. The breakfast is served on a single use plates and with plastic cutlery, omelettes are made from frozen, yogurts are pretty terrible. The one healthier option is oatmeal and some fruits which are fine, I guess. Finally, it has a fitness which is good but rather small with just barbells and a single bench. Thus it barely accommodates for more people. Not sure if I will come next time...

The location was perfect. It was tucked away and was a nice location to walk around. The breakfast area was nice and bright and plenty of room. The staff was really nice.

Room was shower only. Sheets had black hair all over it and crust had to request new sheets, bandaids hanging from fire sensor on wall, alarm went off 6am was not turned off from previous person, dark in room light bulb burnt out, TP wall holder broke.

The rooms were STUNNING for the price. All very clean and bright. Good spread for breakfast and in a quiet corner of the area. My only complaint was that the pool was FREEZING and a little dirty, and the hot tub was out of commission. We stayed at the end of August so this could just be the end of the season? But if I visited the area I would stay again!

Very clean, friendly staff and free breakfast (waffles & toppings, eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast/bagels, oatmeal, danishes, yogurt, fruit, juices, coffee) was great!! We stayed 3 nights and we found the bed to be comfortable and liked that the window cracked open a little in our room to let fresh air in.

I have spent many nights in the Hilton brands(Diamond member). You can tell this place was recently renovated, maybe the past 3 years but candidly the work looks shoddy. Not overly impressed. The front desk staff was inattentive and didn't even greet me when I arrived. Granted I did digital check in but I walked by and and not even a hello.
